Hi folks, We went back to the casino this morning and ate Cinnibons and B&R hot fudge sundae. Pretty good breakfast,huh? We lost a little bit more money on the slots and went back to the motor home. We left there and headed for Rt. 66. That took us to Oatman which is a step back in time. Cowboys shooting on the streets, wild burros everywhere. It was fun. We had quite a trip through the mountains with our rig, so we unhooked the car and drove separately. That was quite an adventure, but we made it safe and sound. However, there were 60 mph winds that shifted us a bit on the road. That was quite a challenge also. We lost our door hook and a hub cap on the ride, but that's O.K. Part of the trip. We were driving, it seemed forever, and all of a sudden a vista opened up of the mountains in Sedona that took our breath away. Miles and miles of beauty that is indescribable. I want to wax poetic, but I'm not sure I can pull it off. You have to be here. We drove to a Wal-Mart overnight and took off early in the morning to drive back up to Sedona with our car. We took 195 pictures. But you cannot capture the beauty in a picture. It is not the same. Right now we are getting ready to go to the Canyon. We will try to blog later, but if we cannot, we will catch up soon. Pictures will come later. We love you all.
